In this era of modern food production, we seem to have become almost all quality, hoping for what we eat to be sweet. Although your favorite beef jerky brand is now listed as high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient. You can choose low-fat foods because fat is not good for your diet. The problem is that when a manufacturer removes fat, the product often loses their ideal taste or texture. These diseases include obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and stroke.
